This song has a lot of turns of emotions in it. It has the feeling of him being in the old school days, but then it remoarses back to the present sort of with him telling about what would happen if stuff had happened to him. But it is really set in the back, saying what if there had been a change, what would happen? Thats how i figure that whole song, and rythm with it.

School

Do I think School is important?

School to me is very important to me, not only because of the education but also for my future and what it holds for me. My junior year, has been the hardest but also i think the hardest. It had made me felt like i couldn't get thru this year at all. I've gotten to lazy i think to even to the point that i don't even want to do work. This year has made me felt like i had to drop-out but i still put that foot foward and still came and did everything i had to, not saying i like coming because of matter of fact i come late, and still miss. But have in mind i do everything.

Also i think its very important because it gets me into the college i want, ( Texas Tech) that school has recommended me but i have to have a good year for this whole high school year. It would also get me into high paying jobs and giving me the stuff i would want. Thats how important i think it is to me. Well in my perspective.

This song sounds like the song from "Forgetting Sarah Marshall." It has that deep tone but the rush you don't really get in all , whatever type of genre this song is in. To like this song I think you would have to be a relaxed, not tensed kind of person. I cant really tell, or give an idea of what or how to explain this song in any of what way.

This song had been song can inspire a whole bunch of people just by the name of the song. It has that soothing, but mellow rhythm with it. I like how he could explain everything he felt with nature, and beauty of the Earth. This song could be played on a movie if it wanted to also, not just because, but because it has that "loving touch with it."

This song sounds like a sorry note with the rythm, ansd the way everything is working with it.
It also kind of sounds like a break up. . . but then yet i cant really get to understand this song to fullest. . . maybe i would have to listen to it , another 2 times.

I think its saying that, this guy they're talking about always has his hopes kinda to high and that everytime he goes he makes the wrong turn. They tell him that he loses his freedom and that he needs a someone to give hope back to him.

The Knife "Colouring Of Pidgeons"

I really like the rythm, and tone of this song. The beat i really got to say it's a real keeper. This song could be one that I would certantly have my ipod or even on a CD for a car. I would've thought that this song would be in like a play. I like song like this, because if you really hear it clearly it has a beat of hitting pots and pans, or to state it even more house-hold utensils. The words i dont Clearly give so I can't really state it. But if they are this good I would be able to say thet would even have a chance to do something on STOMP, or even on a broadway play. Its a nice opra of this song, I would be able to sit down and enjoy it myself even though I wouldn't see myself looking at any other play or show, including events in there. My Opinion to this song would be a hands up.

i think that this song is talking about a nightmare that he is in, and trying to escape. But im not really that sure about it. It sound like a maze to me, that you can only escape and not anybody else. I like how he tells it how it is. I would think alot of people could view it as myserious but its really not. I think people that like the Beatles would like something like this, but to me i can't say because its not my fashion.

i see this song to be very strange and outspoken, and very unexplainable. I see it that he has gotten someone pregnant, but then yet i have no clue. I see it that he is kind of als confused with the words he is saying in this song. It has too many emotions to be talked about also.

MLK vs. Malcolm X

I agree with both mainly, i think both are correct. For Malcolm X i think that his statement is more strict and that he actually stands for what he wants to go for. I also think thats its not fully right that he want to go after only the police, because as he had stated their to him are the KKK. I like what he goes for that hes strict and he has to go what he believes. I also like that MLK goes for what he truely wants and loves, he wants to bring piece to the black and whites, but he also wants to also fight what he wants not phiscally, but mentaly. So thats my opinion on both good staters and their speeches that they had said.

Grizzly Bear " Two weeks"

This song has shown many feelings, how they can express one and then just change it into another, making you think of their word that their trying to get out there. They have proved to me that they could get their own emotions and combine them with ours, changing how everybody feels. Thats i think of this song, i might be wrong but this is my point of view to this creative song they had made. If i would to rate it out of 5 stars, it would be probably a 3.5.
